Success in the Role:
  • The primary objective of the role is to execute against our go-to-markets for Employee Experience and the Anywhere Workspace, key new growth areas for EUC, through building assets, field enablement, market research, competitive benchmarking, and sales plays
  • Within 30 days, you will become competent with Workspace ONE, Employee Experience, and Anywhere Workspace messaging and positioning and publish your first blog post
  • Within 60 days, you will become competent with Workspace ONE product offerings and build first PMM plan of record (POR) launch plan and complete your first asset
  • Within 90 days, you will perform market assessment and requirements, including competitive benchmarking, and present back to the team
  • Within 180 days, you will propose and present a go-to-market plan for the next 2 quarters aligned to our team's OKRs
  • Work cross-functionally with other BUs, sales, customer success, product management, technical marketing, and corporate marketing to help assess current status of the GTM and provide recommendations


The Work: What type of work will you be doing:
  • Thoroughly understand Workspace ONE solutions and align with PM teams to create compelling content and collateral to support sales and adoption
  • Work in close partnership with technical and customer facing teams including sales, customer success, sales engineering, and support to deliver enablement and assets to accelerate pipeline
  • Create and launch pricing and packaging for new products and solutions
  • Play a key role in developing go-to-market plans for launching new solutions and growing existing solution sets
  • Identify and support high-value industry events to accelerate growth for EUC
  • Define and drive use cases, user personas, and features/requirements for technology adoption

The hiring manager for the role is Marshall Anne Busbee, Sr. Product Line Marketing Manager for End User Computing. Marshall Anne has been at VMware for 9 years, holding various roles in sales engineering, product management, and now product marketing lead for Digital Employee Experience. Marshall Anne's team is responsible for product marketing and messaging for digital employee experience, which is composed of Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub and Hub services, and enabled Digital Employee Experience management, remote support, and UEM. As a part of the larger Anywhere Workspace team, we expect team members to have expertise cross-functionally in overall Workspace ONE platform and zero-trust security, giving lots of opportunity for team members to make an impact in different areas of the business. The team culture is one of collaboration, autonomy, innovation, bringing new ideas to the table, continuing education, and growth for the team.
