Job Role and Responsibility:

VMware is looking to hire a Director Sales in India. You will lead a team of Sales Managers, ,. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding assigned revenue goals. You will work closely with sales teams in order to drive business and generate revenue, and will accelerate VMware's growth through a consistent, sustainable set of programs that leverage all route-to-market resources.

Leveraging demand generation programs

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving ability

Strong customer-facing and executive presence, coupled with strong relationship building skills

Ability to lead, orchestrate, guide, mentor and motivate

B.E/B.Tech degree required

Preferred Skills

Compliance/Security knowledge preferred

MBA preferred
