Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

This role is based in our EMEA Digital COE team, and you will be responsible for the planning and end-to-end execution of our paid media activities across paid social, content syndication and programmatic display - including tracking, optimisations & reporting. Your first 12 months will see you executing hundreds of innovative digital demand generation campaigns at scale.

Working closely with global and regional teams, you will:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing programs at scale.
  • Drive high volume qualifying leads, with low cost through innovative demand generation campaigns.
  • Manage the digital agency, coordinate briefing planning and lead weekly meetings.
  • Create tracking for various campaigns in Salesforce and other tracking tools
  • Review landing pages, approve creative and copy
  • Demonstrate data and analytic skills to optimize our digital efforts and provide learnings
  • Create bi-weekly and quarterly analytics reports, with deep analysis and recommendations
  • Collaborate with multiple external digital agencies, global digital leads team, the field and other digital channel owners
  • Participate in innovative projects that will bring better qualified leads from digital campaigns (AQL)
  • Budget management, request Statement of Work (SOW), submit POs, ensure early budget engagement
  • With a deep understanding of your regional audience, you will provide market insights that will help to drive our global demand programs

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

With a technical-level understanding of how programs feed into each other for an omnichannel experience, you will deliver demand programs across our digital media channels. As a subject matter expert in digital campaign execution, the broader digital and field marketing teams in EMEA will look to you to provide best practice guidance in activation, while feeding insights and regional requirements back to the global demand team.

Core Skills and Experience

  • Experience in executing digital marketing demand gen campaigns and understanding KPIs and KPMs
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and associated technology
  • Ability to think strategically but flawless in execution, attention to detail and organization
  • Analytics capabilities, proficiency with productivity (MS Office, OneDrive, Excel) reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI) CRM tools (Salesforce), and marketing automation (Marketo).
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, DSPs, and marketing tools like Pathfactory, Folloze or similar tools
  • Experience in managing media agencies
  • Innovative and creative, thinks outside the box
  • Strong communication skills (verbally and written), ability to present ideas well in meetings and convey plans
  • Good team player, collaborating with several different marketing teams across the organization and outside the company (Media agencies)
  • Can balance multiple projects at once with multiple stakeholders
  • Enjoy and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

Reporting to the EMEA Digital Center of Excellence Director, you will work closely with the team of Global Digital COE Services, Field Marketing and Global Demand in the EMEA region. A positive mindset and desire for continual improvement will ensure your success in the role.

Where is this role located?

Remote: This role is fully remote in Spain, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable.
