Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Improves operational efficiency
• Encourages innovation, creative thought and new ideas and / or solutions
• Performs independent analysis of a complex workload and initiates performance improvements in one or more subsystems
• Provides assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 or more years of experience in automation scripts and build systems

- Solid understanding of operating system fundamentals, administration knowledge of UNIX/Linux OSes

- Experience in developing automation scripts, working with build and packaging systems (RPM)

- Experience in working with Ant, Maven

- Experience in working with version control tools (Git, Perforce)

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python)

- Knowledge of network programming and IPv6 architecture is appreciated

- Ability to learn new programming languages quickly

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages is appreciated ( C++/Java/C#)

- Understanding of both Agile and Traditional SDLC: requirements analysis, implementation, unit testing, peer reviews and code review

- Demonstrable creativity and analytical thinking

- Good knowledge of English (oral and written)

- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff

- Ability to work in a team environment in close cooperation with other members of the company's team worldwide

- Strong documentation skills
