Returns Manager

We are currently seeking a Returns Manager at our Dakota Dunes, SD office.

VIZIO is looking for a Returns Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee return analytics and to coordinate and lead the implementation of complex, cross-functional return metrics that will help drive product quality based on consumer experience.

  • Work closely with National Account Managers and Sales Analysts for your multiple channel partners to identify critical performance indicators that will help ensure the program achieves its desired goals
  • Analyze and coordinate data sources across all retailers to ensure VIZIO has all possible data resources for returns reporting
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with internal cross functional teams, including VIZIO's suppliers, to ensure actions are being taken with regard to our return rates
  • Validate accuracy of returns reports and publish/present on a weekly basis
  • Utilize industry standard data mining and reporting tools to ensure that returns data can be accessed by anyone in the company
  • Analyze damage rates within the returns data and work with the product team on opportunities to reduce damages as a % of returns
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (business, engineering and/or analytical discipline preferred).
  • 1-2 years professional work experience working in sales, supply chain, customer service or an analytical discipline
  • Prior product returns experience preferred
  • SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Retail Link experience preferred
