Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant at our Dakota Dunes, SD office.

The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in handling a wide range of business related support to the Tech Support team and its executives. This person will be able to work independently with little supervision and must be extremely organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a large and fast moving team.

  • Develop strong working relationships and superior communication skills with all levels of the organization, in particular the SVP of Support and VP of Support Ops but extending to the entire DD management team
  • Perform confidential business functions, including but not limited to, scheduling/calendaring (both internal and with customers), preparing expense reports, general record-keeping and administrative tasks, and coordinate customer meetings and travel (including group travel), manage the Support team calendar and present to department head monthly
  • Coordinate meetings, events, dinners, conferences for SVP Support and VP of Support Ops. Work closely with other EA's to ensure coordination of schedules, events, etc with other Executives
  • Coordinate travel for Executive and leadership team; domestic and international
  • Manage and oversee the Executive calendar by using Outlook
  • Dakota Dunes event planning: Dinners, holiday parties, picnics, lunches
  • Front desk/receptionist duties
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of MS Office: primarily Word and Outlook

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of working with Executive level personnel
