Senior Client Services Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Serve as first point of contact for clients and provide the highest level of client service - Listen, anticipate, and present solutions to client questions in a professional and timely manner - Learn and demonstrate BDB products and services - Establish and maintain positive relationships with assigned client accounts - Problem-solve and introduce ideas in response to client challenges Who we are Looking for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3-5 years of client service experience preferred, FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus - Professional phone skills and strong client relationships are a must - Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner - Quick learner, multi-tasker, master at organization, and overall team player
