Career Summary

An exciting and unique opportunity to join a high growth organization with immense career potential. A successful Sales Development Representative will score leads, scrub data, and set appointments. This position is critical to the success of our outside sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub data to gather critical information such as, employee count, current provider and key contacts in the organization (decision makers and users)
  • Score leads (ex. "Currently Evaluating") to increase visibility to the outside sales team and maximize opportunities
  • Work with counterparts in marketing to get opt-ins
  • Responsible for sending leads to outside sales team and possibly setting appointments
Who we are Looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar
  • 1-2 years of outside or inside sales experience with demonstrated success
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment
  • HCM Industry knowledge highly preferred
