Team Summary
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems, focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact projects with tangible financial results.

As a Senior Client Consulting Manager in VCA, you will lead client engagements, shape consulting solutions, and drive execution across a range of strategic topics such as payment strategy, customer experience, marketing, and risk management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including business development, product, marketing, and merchant services to scale Visa’s impact in the market.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead and deliver consulting engagements across CMS, Core Consulting, Digital, MSA, and Risk practices.

Develop analytical frameworks and data-led strategies to address client challenges.
Cultivate and manage a pipeline of analytic work and strategic planning discussions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, risk, and innovation teams.
Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance and profitability.
Support digital transformation initiatives and enhance digital channel performance.
Projects you will be a part of:
Manage and execute customer engagement programs to drive acquisition, activation, usage, balance build and retention.
Campaign strategy, design and execution along the customer lifecycle management.
Drive improvements in client digital enablement capabilities to enhance consumer’s digital experience.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•Language skills – strong English and Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal
skills.
•10 - 12 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, payments,
consulting, or a similar field.
•Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration,
economics, finance, computer science, engineering. A master’s degree in
related fields is a plus.
•Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
•Experience managing complex projects in matrixed organizations.
•Experience in the product marketing lifecycle from customer profile analysis to
initiative development, campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign
measurement.
•Implementation experience of a product or program within financial services.
Experience with a card issuer or acquirer is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
•Proven experience in delivering growth for financial services products.
•Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem in Taiwan.
