Job Description

The People Solutions Analyst is responsible for administering employee leave of absence programs, managing reasonable adjustments including flexible work programs in some countries and handling end to end severance operations. This individual will partner with stakeholders across these areas to foster continuous improvement and deliver a seamless and consistent employee experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Administer and track all employee leave of absence, severance, and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with EU country specific regulations and company policies.

Serve as a primary advisor to employees and managers on program processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate case management, documentation, and timely resolution of cases.

  • Monitor program trends, generate reports, and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

  • Support the preparation and review of documentation for separations and accommodations, collaborating with relevant stakeholders as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Conduct cost analysis and process payments related to severance, partnering with payroll and finance teams.

  • Stay up to date with changes in relevant legislation, proactively updating processes and advising stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. ​

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:
    2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications:
    3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
    2+ years of reasonable workplace adjustments and leave administration experience.
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
    2 to 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
    Proven experience in HR, with a focus on document creation and management.
    Knowledge of labor laws and legal requirements related to severance, workplace adjustments and leave of absence.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    Experience with managing severance operations including severance calculations and documentation generation
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of working closely with business leaders and employees.
    Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred or other comparable software tools acceptable.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Collaborative style and a good team player, with a strong customer focus and a commitment to employee experience and continuous improvement across all processes.
