ENTERPRISE MARKETING LEAD

Virta is an online specialty medical clinic that reverses type 2 diabetes safely and sustainably, without the risks, costs, or side effects of medications or surgery. Our innovations in nutritional biochemistry, data science and digital tools combined with our clinical clinical expertise are shifting the diabetes treatment paradigm from management to reversal. Our mission - to reverse type 2 diabetes in 100 million people by 2025.

Virta Health is looking for our Enterprise Marketing Lead.  We are located in San Francisco.  

Requirements:

  • Enterprise product marketing experience required
  • Fresh approaches to enterprise marketing (i.e., bringing cutting-edge consumer-marketing strategies/tactics into enterprise marketing) required
  • Must have built/managed marketing-automation driven demand-generation activities at a previous firm (use of tools like Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.) with quantitative evidence of funnel growth
  • Experience marketing to healthcare provider organizations is preferred
  • Experience in B2B2C settings is a plus
  • Startup experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise demand-generation marketing efforts for Commercial
    • Enterprise focus on health plans and self-insured employers
    • Build Commercial demand-gen function including strategy, tools, campaigns, staff, metrics, etc.
    • Determine need for, and if necessary build inside sales capabilities
    • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive leads while working with internal design/brand team, content lead, and contractors
    • Measure and take responsibility for qualified-lead generation targets and growth
  • Drive success of Enterprise field sales team focused on employers and health plans
    • Work with internal design/brand team, content lead, as well as contractors to develop and maintain assets (slides, white papers, videos, etc.) and campaigns for sales team
    • Lead deployment of digital campaigns to support progression of in-funnel sales opportunities
    • Train sales team on asset use
  • Lead efforts to market Virta’s services to physicians/providers and provider organizations
    • Build provider advocacy to support local health plan coverage of Virta’s services
    • Build Virta contact list for providers nationwide, interested in Virta news/content
    • Work with internal design/brand team, content lead, as well as contractors to build content and campaigns for providers
  • Work with Corporate Marketing lead on select Enterprise-related initiatives, including ‘launch’ of significant Clinical Research data releases and Enterprise news (e.g., announcement of new customers)

Neha leads engineering efforts around Virta’s patient-facing mobile and web applications. She facilitates cross-company communication, supports engineering productivity, and assists in the development of Virta’s technical and product roadmaps.
