Pluto TV is available on, web and connected TV streaming devices and millions of viewers tune in each month to watch premium news, TV shows, movies, sports, lifestyle, and trending digital series.

The Data and Marketing org plays a central role in the Paramount Streaming Group, responsible for Consumer & Growth Marketing, and Data & Insights for Pluto TV & Paramount+ at the cornerstone of growth across the free and pay streaming markets.

Overview:

Paramount Streaming has an immediate opportunity for a Director, Workflow Optimization who will report into the SVP, Marketing Operational Strategy and Alignment. Underscoring a culture of collaboration, operational excellence and continuous improvement, this position plays an important role focused on engaging teams in identifying, developing and implementing workflow improvement initiatives. In this role, you will manage and refine a continuous improvement and suggestion backlog. You will work closely across Creative, Marketing, Content Strategy, Project Management, and Production groups (technical and non-technical) to identify opportunities to improve outcomes, optimize use of organizational resources and foster understanding between key decision makers. You will work with team leads to facilitate the prioritization and deployment of integrated strategic plans, as well as pull together status updates/reports on how we are tracking against the priorities and circulate to leadership. You will track user readiness, identify benchmarks for success, and regularly report the status of improvement efforts and their related impact.

The ideal candidate has strong personal and interpersonal skills with impeccable judgment and the ability to discreetly handle confidential information, as well as the ability to drive solutions forward in ambiguity. The ability to adapt to change while maintaining a 360-view to problem-solving is a must. We are looking for a positive force who is comfortable partnering with others and adept at finding common ground. The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, effective communication skills, strong project management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and refine a dynamic improvement and suggestion database/backlog
  • Work with leadership team to identify, evaluate, prioritize and implement workflow improvement implementation plans.
  • Perform cost/benefit/lift analyses to ensure project success
  • Work across teams (and third-party consultants) and with process owners to define, understand and document current processes and analyze workflows & data
  • Drive discovery sessions to identify opportunities for workflow improvement that will enhance outcomes, optimize use of organizational resources and maintain operational alignment
  • Facilitate the deployment of integrated strategic plans for process improvement/management and organizational direction. Work with leaders (and third-party consultants where applicable) to identify user acceptance and deployment readiness
  • Regularly report the status of improvement efforts and related impact with reports and presentations as needed
  • Work with key partners to establish benchmarks for measuring success
  • Work with teams and the Project Management Organization to design reference guides and future process documentation

Basic Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience working closely with management, leadership or clients within a cross-functional team
  • 4+ years of experience with process mapping and documenting workflows (with appropriate workflow mapping tools/programs), creating, and deploying process improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading or facilitating organizational process improvement initiatives with favorable outcomes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and background in digital marketing, media strategy, creative marketing and production

Additional Qualification:
  • Experience reviewing, creating, and implementing improvements to end-to-end creative marketing and production processes
  • Strong meeting facilitation and people skills. The ability to assist the leadership team in bringing groups together to build consensus; drive towards resolution
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative, track and perform multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to form strong relationships, handle complex situations and ask thoughtful questions
  • Ability to be a valued partner to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Flexibility and desire to be tasked with additional responsibilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of Project or Program Management best practices
