Job Summary:

The Solutions Consulting team is involved in the discovery of prospect requirements and demonstration of the Vault PromoMats and MedComms platform to satisfy those requirements. 

Using their industry and platform knowledge, and partnering with the sales executive, the solutions consultant aims to add value to the prospective client by demonstrating how the Veeva Vault system will enhance the role of the user, increasing productivity and compliance in the approval of commercial content. The ability to tell the Global Digital Supply Chain story will be key to success in this role and give the dynamic, creative and competitive solutions consultant an unrivalled opportunity to advance in the exciting and rapidly growing Veeva organisation.


Provide pre-sales domain knowledge and product support to the sales process

  • Help to create and deliver “world class” catalogue of demonstration materials, including online and off-line communications and system demonstration scripts and presentations to accelerate Zinc’s sales process
  • Partner with the sales-team to attend and deliver a gold standard demonstration- experience for Veeva’s clients and partners
  • Assist the sales support team to prepare compelling, professional content for RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses for prospective clients.
  • Work alongside the sales-team to qualify and communicate with prospect client-teams to demonstrate Veeva PromoMats and MedComms competitive advantages including product functionality benefits, service and support and Return on Investment

Industry Expertise and Market Intelligence

  • Help to identify new functionality requirements
  • Communicate (best practice) requirements with product management and development teams to contribute to future product functionality
  • Identify regulatory requirements and codes of practice according to relevant geography and verticals via desk research and direct contact
  • Support the solutions consulting team in creating summaries of key information relating to regulatory requirements
  • Assist marketing in the update and maintenance of competitor knowledge
  • Present competitor knowledge information at company meetings as required



  • Business/Science/Sales/Marketing qualification


  • Veeva Vault PromoMats & Med Comms/Zinc MAPS/Review & Approval knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of the life sciences industry
  • Proven track record in customer relationships/service
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Software systems
