Join Veeva in bringing the Life Sciences industry to the cloud.

As a Solution Architect/Senior Consultant you will be a member of our Professional Services (consulting) Organisation and will work on the Commercial Content products that form part of Veeva's Commercial Cloud including Veeva Vault PromoMats and MedComms. You will be responsible for understanding our customer’s business needs, translating business requirements into solution design and configurations and assisting with technical project management. 

Opportunities are available across Europe for this role. The work location is at one of Veeva’s office in Barcelona, Marlow, Paris, Budapest, or remote. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply


  • Leading business process discovery and application design workshops
  • Taking complex client and solution concepts and articulating them to audiences of varying perception levels
  • Being recognised as an expert in Veeva Vault Commercial Content applications
  • Planning, managing, and performing application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Identifying and managing interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
  • Creating project deliverables and standards (e.g., including process standards)
  • Planning and establishing post go-live activities including ongoing support 


  • 5+ years proven track record of leading systems implementation projects
  • Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs
  • Direct experience working with life sciences commercial content management
  • Proven ability to manage diverse customers and/or stakeholders, and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing content management configurations, integrations and customisations
  • Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Educated to degree level
  • Fluency in English

Nice to Have: 

  • Veeva product knowledge, preferably Vault
  • An understanding of DAM, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
  • Knowledge and applicable work experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry
  • Experience in product pre-sales or in services delivery management
  • SaaS/Cloud experience
  • Fluency in other European languages such as French, German, Spanish, etc.
  • Computer Science or related degree preferred.
