Job Summary:

The Senior Manager/Director Commercial Strategy, is part of the Commercial Cloud strategy team in Europe. 
This role is responsible for driving the value realisation initiative internally and with our customers. This role requires close collaboration with the Services, Customer Success, Product and Sales teams to develop the framework, the approach and manage the customer engagement to demonstrate measurable value realisation from our customers’ investments in Veeva commercial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and approach for customer focused value realization program
  • Drive program adoption and demonstrate success
  • Identify key partners and define the collaboration to increase the program value
  • Support the sales teams through delivery of value cases to justify investments
  • Develop thought leadership presentations/publications for value realisation
  • Design the execution approach including resource model
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial business model and processes gained through working in the industry or as a vendor to the industry
  • At least 3 years’ experience in CRM (process/solution/implementation)
  • Experience/understanding of commercial applications (e.g. content management), including digital customer engagement solutions
  • Analytical and critical thinker
  • Consulting skills ideally acquired through a management consulting company
  • Able to travel up to 50%, mostly in Europe
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to build lasting industry relationships
