What will you do?
Transform the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s cloud applications for Life Sciences. You’ll leverage your existing background in consulting and software implementation; we’ll teach you Life Sciences, our products, and help you expand your skillset.
As a key member of our Professional Services team, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission. You’ll work side-by-side with customers, understanding their unique challenges and global regulatory needs, architecting tailored solutions, and defining global strategies to help them manage complicated regulatory information across their enterprise. You’ll be a customer advocate, working closely with other Veeva teams (Product, Sales, Strategy) to ensure customer success today and long into the future.
Together, we’ll deliver successful implementations of our cloud-based applications, helping customers bring drugs to market faster.
What do you need to have? At the very least:
● 3-10 years’ experience working in consulting and/or enterprise software
● Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
● Ability to quickly understand business requirements and architect creative solutions
● Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
● Ability to travel 50-70%
● 4-year degree
● Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
It’s also really nice to have:
● Direct experience implementing data-driven enterprise software for ERP, EHR, and PLM (eg, SAP, Epic, Pega, Oracle Agile, etc.).
● SaaS/Cloud experience
● Experience in demoing software applications in product pre-sales and/or providing training on software for customers
● Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries
Where will you work?
With this position, you’ll work from home when not visiting customers. You can also visit our many offices all over the world or drop by our headquarters in Pleasanton, CA.
