Job Summary:

Veeva is looking for an energetic Order Management Analyst. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can assume the day-to-day responsibilities of order processing, billing, quality control surrounding opportunities, monthly close responsibilities and special projects. Seeking a passionate individual with a strong regard for customer service who can support the European sales team during this exciting time!

Responsibilities:
  • Transactional processing, including verification of support and data input for subscription revenue
  • Billing for subscription and services revenue
  • Accountable for reconciliation of data to ensure completeness of processing
  • Communicate with internal and external clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Responsible for investigation and resolution of unusual items related to billing and revenue
  • Update and maintain relevant desk procedures and process documentation
  • Assist in preparing and documenting processes related to internal controls and SOX
  • Work on special projects, as needed

Requirements:

  • A strong focus on customer service with an emphasis on timely and accurate communication
  • Motivated and possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to multi task
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze complex situations

  • Experience in Net Suite
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Experience with SOX
