The Customer Success Analyst will take the lead on data analysis to establish benchmarks and KPIs to demonstrate the value our products provide our customers for our CRM Product.
- Proactively research, devise and create innovative ways of adding value to Veeva’s client-base through the provision of data
- Produce a range of high-quality standard and customized data reports for presentation to clients, (utilizing appropriate software packages) to create engaging and compelling visualizations of the data
- Establish systems and processes for the automation of standard reports
- Identify opportunities for the integration of third-party data-sources, where this can add value to the client deliverable
- Work with members of the Customer Success Team in continually developing reporting and benchmarking
- Learn and articulate value propositions of Veeva CRM to customers
- 2-3 years of experience with the Salesforce.com datamodel
- Familiarity with sales and marketing operations’ functions like selling models and go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical ability
- Intermediate experience with SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Direct Veeva Implementation experience
- Experience in Life Sciences
- Pharma / client-side experience advantageous
- Ability to engage clients directly
