Job Summary

As a Consultant for CRM, you will be a member of the Veeva Systems Professional Services group working on providing consultation, solving problems and application design on project teams implementing Veeva’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application built on the salesforce.com platform to companies in the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate has a keen focus in delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is excited to push the envelope.

Responsibilities
  • Conveying and performing application build, test, and deploy activities according to the plan
  • Creating project deliverables
  • Leading requirement definition and implementation workshop
  • Providing solutions aligned with the requirement definition
  • Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
  • Developing, and configuring Veeva products/ Salesforce.com accordingly
  • Providing information and knowledge as a specialist of Veeva products and Salesforce.com/ Force.com
Requirements
  • Experience in implementing software/ consulting on system implementation
  • Demonstrated 3 years+ of consulting or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated and be able to move thing forward aggressively
  • Experience on leading project team consisting of a few people
  • Conversational Level English/ ability to write and read in English
  • Well-Experienced/ Knowledgeable in CRM field either on Salesforce.com or other cloud solutions
Nice to Have
  • Project leading experience
  • Business level English (ability to attend meetings in English)
  • Experience working for internal IT department
  • Strong presentation design skill
  • As CRM consultant, we also welcome:
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com
    • Force.com certified
    • Experience designing databases
