University Recruiting Campus Manager


Job Description:

The University Recruiting Campus manager will build a new campus recruitment program in Bucharest to attract students into Inside Sales and Renewals organizations.

Responsibilities/Principal Accountabilities

Job Functions:


  • Identify hiring plans with business leaders and HR and build campus recruiting plan to support those hiring needs
  • Identify and identify recruiting roadmaps at set of core schools
  • Work with global team to localize branding initiatives, develop best practice on boarding plans and building out a robust intern/apprenticeship program
  • Be the face of Veeam on campus and identify and develop campus teams to support hiring efforts.
  • Partner with recruiting, HR, and Sales Acceleration teams to insure timely offers and on boarding plans

Qualifications (competencies, technical skills, experience, environment)

Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience leading a college recruiting program, ideally within a technology company.
  • Proven ability to interface at all levels within an organization, drive partnerships, and program manage numerous initiatives.
  • Established relationships with universities and industry best practice knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills are required as in the confidence to build and maintain external relationships with faculty, administration, and students.
