The MINI Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an innovative customized marketing strategy to move MINI digital marketing from a national level to a more targeted regional and local household level in top high potential sales markets creating a unique user experience for the MINI customer. The incumbent will have strong marketing research expertise to bring a new highly focused dynamic, consumer experience to MINI customers, drive showroom traffic by convert digital views into real time marketing and provide action plans for change as needed.

The incumbent will be responsible for all facets of digital marketing measurements using internal and external data tools and analytics. This expertize will determine the success of MINI’s digital platforms by providing real time marketing ROI
effectiveness results to management and help determine action plans. Other responsibilities include directing the development and optimization of
www.miniusa.com, and all other MINI digital platforms to ensure the best in class user experience.


The incumbent will also be the key architect of CRM integration and communication planning to ensure messages are streamlined leading the digital content strategy and work with agency partners to effectively manage and prioritize assignments. This position is responsible for a specific marketing budget.

Minimum Requirements:


• BA in Marketing or Business MBA is a plus
• 5-12 years of digital marketing experience media planning and or agency experience with a comprehensive understanding of technology
• Excellent data and numerical skills to present numbers in a way laymen can understand making the digital ‘black box’ clear and transparent.
• Excellent business writing and verbal communications skills,
• Ability to travel both domestic and international (30-40%).
