The Department Head, Sales Operations BMW Motorrad USA is responsible for implementing the planning, achievement and execution of all BMW Motorrad USA wholesale & retail objectives for new and used Motorrad market. The incumbent will work closely with Motorrad AG to create action plans, initiate sales strategy and allowances, negotiate and recommend mix, volume and model pricing strategies while developing strategic budget, long term volume growth plans while managing targets and incentive campaigns and promotions for the US Motorrad Market.   This position is also responsible for the overall management and success of the Motorrad sales team. 

Responsibilties also include the management of dealer bonus programs and motorcycle stock orders, sales budgets, forecasts and developing dealer  delivery plans and targets with the sales team for BMW Motorrad.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 7-10 years relevant experience to include the below areas:

    • Minimum of 3-5 in automotive/motorcycle area management
    • 3-5 years wholesale OEM experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions and implement action plans
  • Prior leadership experience
