We are pleased to offer a 6 Month Internship starting in or about January 2017 at BMW of North America, LLC.

6 Month Internship BMW NA – Controlling (Planning and Reporting)

The position will be exposed to a wide range of topics within Financial Controlling Department. Position will support the financial planning, reporting and controlling tasks and will give the intern insight into the US controlling concept for the various departments such as sales, marketing or product planning.

This person will be responsible for preparation of monthly management reports. The intern will actively participate in the budget preparation process as well as forecast planning in.

Additionally, the intern will analyze the process flow and related cost positions for BMW cars in the US market. The intern will support building up reports to improve monitoring capabilities and increase efficiencies. This position will also support business case projects on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Enrolled in Bachelors or Masters studies or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date

Preferred Requirements:

  • Field of Study: Finance, Business Admin., Accounting
  • Concentration: Controlling, Financial Planning
  • Additional skills: Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills
  • Attributes: Motivated, thorough, flexible, responsible,
    ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • English (fluent, oral and written)
  • Availability of 6 months
