Team Manager, Social Advertising

OVERVIEW

The Social Advertising Team Manager oversees day-to-day execution of fulfillment and quality of service delivery for ReachSocial Ads product offerings. This includes setting and meeting department KPI's for campaign retention, budget utilization, project launch times and process improvement.

DAILY OPERATIONS

The Manager is responsible for running the necessary daily tasks to ensure that campaigns run effectively, and issues are quickly resolved.

  • Manage new campaign onboarding tasks such as advertiser assignments and triage issues to ensure they are scheduled and assigned to the right resources.
  • Review the team member's daily workloads and account SLAs so that the flow of work is efficient, timely and achievable.
  • Actively monitor and balance account loads of the team members.
  • Conduct daily team meetings.


KPI SUCCESS

The Manager is responsible for performance management of team KPI's. This includes:

  • Ensure budget utilization for campaigns
  • Minimize launch SLAs by monitoring where slippage commonly occurs.
  • Rapidly resolve escalated issues and conduct root cause analysis prevent future errors.
  • Maintain the department's client base and improve retention.
  • Develop dashboards and systems to have current status and change history of all KPI's.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor overall KPI goals.


DATA INTEGRITY

The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring all product campaign data is integrated into ReachLocal's systems.

  • Review all running campaigns to identify outstanding data integration issues.
  • Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Identify systemic data issues and work with teams for long term fixes.
  • Work with BI to scope and deliver data solutions to analyze campaign performance
