Receive, store, inventory, distribute and account for arriving packages. Prepare and ship outgoing packages.

Maintain records and provide excellent service to the various company departments. Inventory items as needed. Maintain work and

storage areas as needed. Fill in, operate and provide support for third floor Mailroom when needed. Other tasks as needed.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Be professional, courteous and timely in every interaction,

conveying to all external customers our appreciation for their business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fill orders from inventory storage areas.
  • Process outgoing packages (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Assist the Shipping and Receiving team member in their daily operation as needed.
  • Maintain inventory storage and receiving areas.
  • Assist in taking inventories.
  • Able to appropriately react to production needs and perform other duties as needed.
  • Fill in for third floor Mailroom as needed.
  • Receive and distribute incoming materials.

EDUCATION OR TRAINING:

High school graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Basic computer and inventory required.

KNOWLEDGE:

Basic math and communication. Working knowledge of Shipping and Receiving procedures and Excel, Word and Outlook. Must be able

to independently operate third floor Mailroom.

SKILLS:

Basic computer, math and able to communicate verbally and written. Must be able to operate a forklift.

SPECIFIC ABILITIES:

Must be physically capable of moderate to heavy lifting. Communicate effectively, be organized and be able to work

without close supervision with time constraints and deadlines.
