Product Handler (early morning shift)

The Asheville Citizen-Times has an opening for a Product Handler.

This position is responsible for aiding contract haulers in loading delivery trucks with newspaper bundles as well as distributing newspapers to independent contractors. Product handlers ensure that contractors get the correct product and stage product at tables as needed. In addition, product handlers prepare the nightly paperwork.

Hours vary but typically begin at midnight and end at 5:00 a.m. Weekend work is required. Must be able to lift 25 lbs repetitively, have reliable transportation and be committed to quality and productivity. Superior communication skills required.
