NorthJersey.com is seeking a smart, quick, creative news junkie to join our team as a Social Media Producer. Duties for the position include creating and promoting NJMG's content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of our coverage area that includes Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Morris counties, and must be able to identify trending news, sports, politics, business and entertainment topics relevant to North Jersey and stories that have the potential to go viral. Other duties include helping to manage NorthJersey.com, produce content and distribute breaking news, local news, and other written and visual content that's important to our target North Jersey audience.
