Imagn is seeking an enthusiastic, independent, proactive self-starter to lead its inside sales team. The new team member will identify and solicit new business, qualify inbound leads and service and grow existing accounts. This position will be an integral part of the sales team and in the growth of our revenue. The role requires self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability and flexibility to handle multiple projects at once. Candidates must be team-oriented, strategic and forward thinking, and possess the drive to impact company sales at a high level. Location: Will consider remote locations, New York City based candidates will be considered a plus

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's Degree; equivalent experience acceptable

Experience: 1+ years related experience

Compensation: Base salary + Commissions

Roles/Responsibilities

-Build and manage a deal pipeline of customer accounts, including the proactive identification of new customers in key segments and verticals.
-Develop and execute strategies to prospect, cold call, win business, and sell ideas to new accounts.
-Serve as an initial point of contact to uncover and clarify prospect needs, develop the commercial approach, and negotiate contracts and terms.
-Act as point person for day-to-day sales operations, including communicating with inbound leads, overseeing upsells and renewals of license agreements, addressing customer inquiries, and handling billing and other administrative tasks.
-Collaborate closely with other Imagn team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution.
-Consistently and reliably enter, organize, and update current and prospective customer data and info in company CRM, such that it can be retrieved and used by multiple users
-Frequently draw on external databases and resources for verifying and/or updating lead prospecting information.

Skills & Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in business with an emphasis in sales or marketing.
-1+ years of direct sales experience; selling B2B solutions into leading media and technology companies a plus.
-Feel comfortable in a sales"hunter" role.
-Technical aptitude and the ability to master our product knowledge.
-Experience with collaboration tools such as CRM software, internal messaging platforms, cloud-based software programs, and other communication tools.
-Strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills are required. 
-Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
-Proactive self-starter, with professional discipline and excellent follow through. 
-Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
