SUMMARY

Assembles newspapers and packages congruent with

productivity and quality standards.

KEY RESULT AREAS include the following:

Safety -

Performs job duties in a safe manner, keeps work area neat and clean. Utilizes personal protective equipment

furnished by the company.

Customer Service - Does job duties with customer in mind. Reports problems in a timely fashion and

monitors quality.

Training -

Actively participates in training sessions and seeks input to do a better job.

Productivity - Works with other staffers to produce a quality product, meet truck

deadlines and meet or exceed pieces per hour volumes.

Administration - None

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate

effectively with other employees.
