JOB PURPOSE: A 1– 2-line

sentence summary describing the primary purpose of the position.

Under supervision, loads multiple hoppers on the SLS

3000 inserting machines without slowing production. Cleans out hopper jams and restarts

machine. Reports misses and doubles to

machine operator. May be required to

load multiple hoppers simultaneously.

Feeds out of spec inserts and heavy product. Places product on lift station on SLS 3000

inserters and down stacks pre-runs.

ESSENTIAL

JOB FUNCTIONS: Using

action verbs (i.e. coordinates, analyzes, etc.) list the job's key duties/responsibilities.

Accurate loading of product into hoppers. Keeps up with machine speed of insertion

runs. Is able to clear hopper jams and restarts machine after clearing

jams.

Neatly stacks inserted and non-inserted bundles on

pallets. Repairs bundles after exiting

stackers.

Uses manual and electric pallet jacks.

Cleans work area, machine and other areas of

department.

Other duties as assigned.
