Learning & Development Specialist - Post Sales Organization
The Learning & Development Specialist is the responsible for facilitating and leading training and skill development programs that support the competencies of employees and the achievement of company objectives. Training and skill development programs include the onboarding and continued development of the post sales organization centering on client success, management & leadership, product, and systems capabilities. Has digital acumen and working knowledge of digital and social media marketing applications such as Google AdWords & Bing Ad Center, Google Analytics, Facebook, Display, and Google My Business. Travel required. Position can be on-site or telecommuting.
Responsibilities:
Strong proficiency in customer relationship management and online search and display advertising techniques are required. This role will facilitate teaching our post sales organization employees communication skills both written and verbal. This role will evaluate Post Sales Team members client and seller calls for coaching and improvement. This role will be responsible for the upskilling of all soft skills across the post sales organization.
This role will require travel to meetings across the United States.
The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
• Apply knowledge in Instructional Design, to design and develop learning interventions that support enhanced soft skill delivery. Solutions may include:
- instructor led programs
- role plays
- simulations
- activities and job aids
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
• Partner with service leadership to conduct a performance analysis to discover and analyze performance gaps; plan for future improvements, design and develop solutions to close performance gaps
• Maintain current courseware by ensuring the latest content is reflected, as well as developing training solutions for ad hoc projects
• Identify and assess training needs of employees through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers and supervisors, instructors or customer representatives
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
• Evaluate training materials prepared by other teams and organizations, such as product launch materials, outlines, text, and handouts
• Other duties as assigned
Accountabilities:
Learning & Development specialist will work with cross functional teams across the organization to conduct needs analysis, define learning objectives and become a subject matter expert while working with the following groups. Note: This role may require the employee to work with any team across the organization including external vendors as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English
- 2+ years' working in a post-sales learning & development function; experience with digital media sales preferred.
