Editor, USA Today Network
USA TODAY NETWORK - Wisconsin | Based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin
We're looking for an editor who knows how to execute sophisticated, aggressive, unconventional and solutions-oriented reporting.
Specifically, the editor uses experience, judgment and the cutting-edge analytics tools available to USA TODAY NETWORK journalists to coach and support journalists in our newsrooms in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac with substantial support from editors and reporters across USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin's 10-newsroom group.
Coaching is a fundamental role, and the editor will know that guiding journalists during the front-end of the reporting process is critical to producing the best work. The editor will have a keen appreciation for storytelling techniques and forms and the ability to draw the best out of our journalists.
USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin comprises 135 journalists across 10 newsrooms, making it the state's largest news organization. We've also got the nation's No. 1 combined online and print audience reach and the deeply engaged readership that comes with that loyalty.
This is an excellent opportunity for a journalist who is looking to join a robust organization that's leading efforts nationally to build a statewide newsroom as part of the nation's largest news network.

A successful candidate will find myriad opportunities for advancement across the nationwide USA TODAY NETWORK.
