The Commercial Appeal is seeking Distribution Coordinators for its warehouse facilities. The Coordinator will ensure that newspapers are distributed in a timely and effective manner in order to provide the best possible service to our subscribers by the delivery deadline. The Distribution Coordinator is professional with well-developed people skills, dependable with a strong work ethic, and able to make decisions based on sound judgment. Will work in a warehouse setting aiding in the distribution of newspapers to Independent Contractors. May deliver routes as needed and assist the District Managers with the day-to-day operations.
Requirements for the position include a valid state driver's license, good driving record and the company-required level of personal auto liability insurance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Will work overnight hours - approximately 25 hours per week.
