The digital presence manager (DPM) will be the lead point of contact for our presence solutions portfolio and serve as the ultimate company representative with best-in-class customer service, detail-oriented account management and excellent cross-team collaboration. An effective DPM has great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. They also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise clients, sales, peers and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong interpersonal client relationships
  • Conduct regular review calls with clients to discuss campaign performance and overall marketing strategy
  • Review reporting with clients, highlighting the work completed and how it has benefited the client
  • Project management, collaboration and organizing
  • Keeping up to date on latest industry trends
  • Build strategy plans and establish performance baselines
Experience Required or Preferred
  • 4-6 years or more of relevant experience as an account manager/director or related title in digital marketing
  • Excellent understanding of marketing concepts, specifically including interplay of paid, owned and earned digital media
  • Up to date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
  • Excellent analytical skills to assist with multi-solution analysis and strategies
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of clientele and superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at various levels across companies, including executive leadership
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management to foster long-term relationships
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and Salesforce
  • B2B marketing experience, focused on small-to-medium (SMB) and/or local businesses
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Facebook Ads Manager experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage delicate client relationships
  • Driven and strong (non-aggressive) leadership style with the ability to efficiently and professionally manage the company's use of time and resources
  • Experience working with multiple verticals and different client models, understanding how market conditions, geography and seasonality impact the success of clients' businesses and drive strategies
  • Proven project management, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Firm understanding of advertising and marketing concepts with the ability to convey different strategies and tactics and how they impact a business, including but not limited to creative, research, social media, selling, storytelling, branding, search engine optimization, websites, personas, and media planning, communicated in a way clients comprehend and trust
  • Ability to deliver and develop strategies or tactics outside an existing SOW
  • Provide inter-departmental collaboration, resourceful interactions with highly-skilled specialists and efficient communication to develop a fresh approach
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's sales processes and existing client relationships in order to present new ideas and assist with client upsells and discussions
  • Analytical and able to decipher data into actionable items, able to present findings within a relevant client storyline while detailing the work completed and explaining how it has benefited the client

Education Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Emerging Media or related field; Master's Degree a plus
