The Digital Marketing Associate is paramount to the operational support for REACHLOCAL's sales teams and enablement of our client's online advertising efforts. This position leverages ReachLocal's proprietary technologies, best practice processes, intellectual creativity, and organizational knowledge to generate high value for our clients and sales consultants.
This role requires exceptional customer focus, outstanding organizational and time management skills, and an ability to multitask in a sales environment. The DMA role is a team-oriented position that encourages collaboration and effective communication skills. The best candidate for this role will be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of tasks and activities.
The primary function of this Digital Marketing Associate role is to support one of our top digital marketing consultants within REACHLOCAL Atlanta sales team. Responsibilities will include administrative tasks for a few of our largest advertisers. Tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Development & distribution of client invoices
- Assisting digital marketing consultant on client strategy
- Creating campaign briefs to provide creative instruction on ads to our design team
- Conducting campaign performance reviews
- Client communication and support, including participation on regular client calls/ web meetings
- Collaboration with services and sales teams to meet client needs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and goals
