Digital Account Manager

As a Digital Account Manager, you will serve as the critical interface between our clients and our brand. Using a consultative approach, you will manage existing accounts to develop mutually-beneficial, profitable, long-term relationships that increase (or maintain) volume and revenue while exceeding customer satisfaction and retention objectives.

This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who is able to manage day-to-day, tactical needs of clients and programs, identifying opportunities to create consistencies and efficiencies across the organization. This role will require an individual who can develop and nurture external and internal relationships to provide customers with first-class service. Working with and effectively communicating with management and local teams is a continuous and vital function of this position.
