Custom Digital Solutions, Architect
The Custom Solutions Architect will have media-buying program development experience to help LOCALiQ, a USAToday Network solutions brand, develop and grow high performance Custom Solutions products and services. The Custom Solutions Architect, will collaborate with other post-sales leaders, sales persons and solution architects to build and deliver holistic solutions for clients.
Job Summary
- Work closely with the Director, Digital Presence & Social Media Services to refine our scalable and custom solutions strategy.
- Participate in strategic relationships as needed with 3rd party vendors, publishers, 1st party stakeholders.
- Investigate, discover, engage and vet new publishers and products.
- Design the full custom solutions product lifecycle - provisioning, implementation, optimization, reconciliation
- Drive new feature development from start to finish, define requirements, develop case studies, problem solve, and lead ongoing improvements.
- Analyze quantitative user data to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and stay apprised of marketing and advertising best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service leaders to ensure program is effective for clients.
- Assist Marketing, PreSales and Sales leaders with growing revenue through positioning, training, and sales enablement.
- Train the Custom Solutions Marketing Specialist in new tactics/publishers/strategies
- Troubleshoot underperforming custom solution strategies/tactics/profiles and provide a cost-effective solution
Qualifications:
- Expert at quantitative analysis utilizing reports or leveraging other data analysis tools to get to results.
- Strategic thinker developing long-term strategy in addition to delivering tactical execution.
- Effective oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and internal departments to present concepts clearly to your audience
- Expertise in social media ads and placements, content creation and customization, social listening and sentiment analysis including social KPIs and analytics
- Proven ability to investigate and thoroughly present new publishers/solutions
- Proven ability to build strategic plans and implement best-on-class tactics to improve media performance
- Proficient with various tools including all elements Facebook Business Manager (Ads Manager, FB Pixels, Catalogs, Audience Insights), publisher UIs and commonplace DSPs
- Experience writing, editing and managing clients, teams and resources to customized Statements of Work for clients
- Strong organization and project management skills to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a highly-demanding, fast-paced environment
- Develop training materials for internal teams, clients and inter-departmental needs
- 5+ years of product management experience managing media strategy for a company
- In (or are willing to relocate to) Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, market
- Marketing/Advertising/Journalism/Emerging Media degree is a plus, Master's Degree is a plus
