The LocalServices Ads - Coordinator will serve as a subject matter expert and alternate point of contact for our clients. The LSA Coordinator assists with client onboarding and go-live/launch, and may be available for support, campaign management and performance reviews.

The LSA Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end client experience by:

  • Collaborate with Product & Program Management to stay close to product enhancements and updates
  • Coordinate and complete setup, onboarding, launch/go-live or performance review calls as needed
  • Build rapport with client representatives and marketing staffs through routine and scheduled interactions
  • Monitor, evaluate, and leverage standard processes to manage LSA campaign performance across publisher networks to determine improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot performance issues using digital advertising best practices while creating helpful, innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients
  • Incorporate constantly evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities and work in a continuously evolving environment
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve

  • Ability to quickly master business process, marketing and technology concepts
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management
  • Strong technical skills to establish, assess, modify/adjust, and routinely improve marketing campaigns over their lifecycle

The ideal candidate for this role will possess these qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least three (3) years' experience in a client-facing customer service role
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
