Talent Solutions Program Manager, High Value Client

The Talent Solutions Program Manager, High Value Client will support all Upwork Talent Solutions treatments and programs related to High Value customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of agents to deliver elite service to High Value clients.
  • Help design and implement high touch programs to support our High Value clients passionate about connecting clients with the best freelance talent.
  • Help develop the consultative skills of the team members through mentoring, sharing best practices and ongoing training.
  • Help handle the current caseload to ensure that jobs and tasks are processed within service level agreements.
  • Work closely with Upwork Talent Agency to provide feedback related to freelancer inventory concerns faced by Upwork Success Managers and Talent Sourcers.

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of account management or high touch customer support. A background in staffing or recruiting being preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
