ECommerce Customer Service Associate

DESCRIPTION

Calling all excellent communicators! The eCommerce team is looking for highly motivated, considerate, and energetic associates to join our team. Based out of the Soho offices, the customer service team at UNTUCKit is tasked with providing the ultimate consumer experience. We do not use scripted responses as each customer inquiry is unique and deserves to be treated as such! The right candidate will have a deep passion for our business, the ability to investigate complex problems, and a strong empathy for our customers. The position allows great opportunity for innovation and growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and to a high degree of satisfaction across channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls
  • Provide information and suggestions to customers regarding sizing, products, and care
  • Collect and share feedback on the product and customer experience

Requirements

  • Talented, organized, and empathetic in pursuit of customer needs
  • Desire to investigate and solve complex problems
  • Customer service experience preferred (1+ years)
  • Proactive and desire to work in a startup-like environment
  • Excellent communication skills and superior resolution and decision-making skills
