Senior Support Analyst - Austin, TX

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Clients post implementation with high quality client communication
  • Support multiple products with different configurations. Providing diagnostic support and ongoing technical project management within our Revenue Cycle workflow solutions
  • Innovate & create new processes, while also improving existing processes
  • Technical troubleshooting for complex issues
  • Serve as a triage point for urgent or escalated issues
  • Ability to work with multiple diverse teams, with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Manages projects & tasks to completion and on schedule
  • Analyze challenging questions and drive to a data - driven result
  • Contribute to team's knowledge base and drive creative solutions and problem solving

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience with client facing technical support in a matrix organization
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Web based or SaaS

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business, IT or related field
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with SQL Database
  • 2+ years' experience in Healthcare industry
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills: Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, sum, insert bar graphs and use formulas), Microsoft Word (ability to create documents), Microsoft Outlook (ability to manage email, calendar, and task lists), Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create presentations with images, words, charts / graphs from Microsoft Excel)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce, Tech Excel, and others)
  • Data Analysis skills

Soft Skills:
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Effective Written & Oral Communication
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues & tools
  • Working closely with diverse internal teams
