Change Healthcare is seeking a Production Operator who will initially start on 1st shift and will move to 3rd shift after the new year. 1st shift Production Operators work Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, and 3rd shift Production Operators work Monday night - Friday night/Saturday morning 10:00 pm - 6:00 am. Production Operators are responsible for running manufacturing equipment on the factory floor to print and mail documents and are an integral part of Change Healthcare, responsible for all safety, output, and quality goals related to the manufacturing of these documents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs set-up and operation of the machine to support production
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Meets and follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Closely supervised involving routine, repetitive tasks
  • Stays current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing production operations
  • Meets or exceeds output and quality goals as defined by management

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 6+ months of production experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with basic computer programs
  • Ability to work 2nd shift Monday - Friday (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) or 3rd shift Monday - Friday (10:00 pm - 6:00 am)/Saturday morning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of basic math

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively on a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
  • Ability to work with basic computer programs
