The Onsite EAP Supervisor will oversee the performance of designated onsite EAP staff to ensure business objectives are met with high quality outcomes. They will collaborate with EAP Business Operations leadership to ensure team and department processes, procedures and systems are operating at maximum efficiency and partner across the business as needed to ensure results are achieved.

This position comes with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for external candidates!!

This position is onsite at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport in the terminal or at the headquarters of the client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate measures of quality into team goals and expectations and work to ensure their achievement; clearly communicate performance metrics and standards with direct reports and ensure accountability; including coaching, recognition and performance management, as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other team supervisors to ensure consistency in management of team in regards to following established policies, best practices, performance management and process adherence, across entire team
  • Assists Onsite manager to help identify solutions to resolve customer and service issues in a timely manner. Identify and coordinate on-going training for existing team members to improve efficiencies, job skills, knowledge, personal growth and performance
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, helping them to feel welcome and understand their roles in the organization
  • Ensure contractual performance guarantees and program satisfaction ratings are met and/or exceeded for all customers. Conduct timely chart and call audits and skills assessments
  • Facilitate team meetings; conduct one on ones with direct reports. Participate in the hiring process as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work or other related mental health field
  • Active and unrestricted Independent Behavioral Health License (Licensed Psychologist (L.P.), LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, (or PsyD), etc.
  • Current SAP Qualified or eligible and willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • 3+ years of post Master's experience in the mental health or EAP field (successful work experience in a social service, mental health, medical or related field)
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of SUD experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work onsite daily at the Dallas Fort Worth airport office located in the terminal or at the clients headquarters


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification
  • CEAP certification
  • Experience working in a highly regulated or unionized environment
  • Clinical experience with emphasis on acute psychiatric, crisis assessment and/or chemical dependency
  • Working knowledge of EAP services
  • Previous Onsite EAP experience
  • Strength and experience in data analysis, planning, organization, accuracy, problem solving, prioritization and rapid execution of multiple tasks
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and be able to form effective collaborations with others
  • Ability to understand and work effectively within large matrix managed corporations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and professional presentation
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and customer focus
