Unilever Denmark has key brands such as Frisko Is, Neutral, Magnum, Becel, Axe, Ben & Jerry´s, Knorr, Lipton, Omo and Dove. The head office is based in Copenhagen, and there is one manufacturing unit based in Odense producing the market leading Neutral product´s.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Key Account Manager within Unilever there are possibilities for development and growth each day. You will be working with a very broad and competitive product portfolio within a team with professional and ambitious colleagues. You will be part of a creative and non-prestige performance culture with a strong team-sense and winning mindset.
As Key Account Manager you will develop and execute the customer strategies and customer business plan with your customer. You will be responsible for growing our business in turn-over, market share and profitability.
The role is based in our Copenhagen office in Denmark. You will become part of our sales and customer team and report to the Sales Director based in Copenhagen. You will work in close collaboration with Category Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, field sales team, finance and Supply Chain Managers as well as category and customer teams.
THIS IS WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The profile we are looking for has experience within FMCG and have already achieved visible results within sales and/or marketing and as such laid a good foundation and a proven track record of skills.
It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you’ll need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. It is important that you have fully developed communication skills. But most important is an analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality, and the ability to influence key stakeholders and fully lead every aspect of your business. We are looking for someone with a great internal drive and who takes ownership for tasks and can set their own goals.
University degree in business economics, administration, finance, or marketing is preferred, and experience from key account management and/or category management is a plus. Ideally you will have hands on experience of business strategy, managing customer relationships, selling and negotiation.
