Sr. Deduction Analyst

Background & Purpose of the Job

Through the partnership of the 3rd party deduction team and Unilever, the Sr. Deduction Analyst will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of deductions. The Sr. Deduction Analyst will coordinate the tactical and operational problem resolution to minimize customer logistic deductions and maximize recoveries.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

  • Responsible to provide support to the 3rd party team.
  • Coordinate/consolidate documents from 3rd party for audit monitoring, preparation and resolution.
  • Execute Deduction reporting for KPI measurements, OS&D, and global review including root cause analysis and improvement.
  • Act as first escalation point for issues, identify possible process improvements and implement appropriate changes.
  • Manage North America tolerance processes and reason code clearings.
  • Assist with testing, escheatment review, and executing M&A integrations.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years in related field. Skills Specific Strong SAP Skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Internal controls (SOX), HRC experience a plus.

Additional Skills: General Accounting ability, collaboration, effective communication, strategic influencing and change management.
