As a Regional Account Executive, you will join a talented group of people who are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers.

The purpose of the Regional Account Executive is not just about selling products. You would be responsible to deliver growth and strong business results by developing new customer contacts from any part of the food service market. You would be responsible for identifying new customers, listening to and understanding their needs in order to deliver business growth but add real value to your Customers. You will of course need to meet your volume and financial targets as well as deliver excellent service to your Customers.

You will share our passion for food and the industry as well as building strong relationship with your local Customer base.

Professional Skills and Experience Required:

Sales experience, ideally in the foodservice market

Strong project management, negotiation and presentation skills/

Experience in sales – preferably in the Food Service Industry.

Strong educational background – degree level qualification desired

Responsibilities:

Expand customer base to reach more customers and drive product penetration

Developing customer strategy and business plans aligned to business strategy

Customer networking to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships aligned to the key business priorities. Attend external industry forums.

Deliver customer agreements to deliver proposals and agreements aligned to specific customer needs. Use internal systems as the basis for all customer investment and activity decisions.

Key Competencies:

Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

A demonstrable customer focused attitude

Ability to build relationships with strong listening and communication skills

Ability to work independently, proactively and as a team member.

Resilience and tenacity to deliver.

Strong organisational skills, including diary and administration management

Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite.
