We are looking to hire Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing & Growth in Mumbai Location

Responsibilities:

Create and deploy test & learn performance marketing plans for E-com & DTC channels and achieve ROAS/CAC benchmarks Collect data, use relevant attribution frameworks and evaluate marketing performance in a dynamic environment Work with media agencies to deploy marketing plan and setup up tests Brief & cocreate visuals/copies/content with marketing team Deployment of A+/premium content across digital touchpoints Owner of DTC website: Work with website agency to drive UI/UX optimisation, webstore management and web analytics based optimisation Identify tangential opportunities for growth via online channels, create a business case with brand teams and drive growth Design/deploy consumer promotions/campaign ideas to drive conversion & purchase on the website Maintain lead funnel for online to offline conversions by co-ordinating with lead fulfilment team Drive retention of consumers via campaigns and loyalty offer activation

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical & communication skills - ability to manage business by numbers, design experiments, analyse performance via metrics and communicate results effectively
  • Experience in working on spend optimisation across Search, Social and E-commerce
  • Technical understanding of popular analytics tools and web analytics dashboards
  • Experience in running SEO, SEM &/ E-commerce marketing
  • Tier 1 engineering schools or Tier 1 MBA schools or demonstrated experience of driving growth in a start-up environment
