Junior Customer and Shopper Marketing Manager, Oral Care

Main Role:

Planning and execution, coordination and evaluation of customer marketing activities and projects (incl. innovation, portfolio, activation, promotion, in-store communication, budgeting).

Responsible for customer marketing operations of Oral Care category in all channels. Represents the category/channel towards Brand Building and Key Account team with deep knowledge of customer, channel.

Key operational responsibilities:

Manage the rolling activity plan and promotions and continuously monitor the performance for the category

Manage perfect execution of the activity plan by continuously keeping contact with the KAM team with special regards to promotion management and promo evaluations.

Implementation of launches and re-launches through the key account team (incl. managing run-out, trade presentation / sales folder, product samples, listing plan to meet distribution target, promotions)

Responsible for excellent in-store execution including

  • in-store presence
  • consumer (brand) activations
  • in-store shopper activation (e.g. tasting, sampling, other hostess and non-hostess activities)
  • in-store communication (incl. displays, other secondary placement, POS communication)
  • customer specific events

Manages channel/customer specific repacks and gifts

Manages Category Management and range & shelf review projects

Prepares analysis for: market/shopper trends, assortment, visibility/shelf layout, promo efficiency and provide proposals.

Support KA team with assortment recommendation in case of new product launches

Monitor customer’s shelf layout, assortment, catman activities.

Keep up-to-date and support both KAM and CM teams to better understand category mid and long term key trends/performance/ competitors/shopper behavior and input in KAM Partner presentations in this area.

Requirements:

College degree

Fluency in Hungarian and English

Minimum of 2 years of trade marketing/customer marketing experience and/or deep understanding of Drugs Channel

Strong analytical and numerical skills, Excel proficiency

Bias for Action in a constantly changing environment

Structured verbal and written communication

Open personality, is a team player

Pro-active and willing to contribute to initiatives of the sales function.

Skill in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel
