Human Resources Data Specialist
Background & Purpose of the Job
The Data Specialist delivers best in class service to key stakeholders & to the overall business to improve Human Resources (HR) Operations using HR systems and tools. The role leverages internal tools such as One View for HR standard Global reporting and Workday as the HR System . This role also owns Workday data management and is the subject matter expert in all Workday processes.
Data Specialists collaborate with Line Managers, outsourced partners, Employee Services HR contacts, People Experience Leads and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver overall operational effectiveness while concurrently supporting data integrity. Who You Are & What You'll Do
You are someone who loves the world of data! Flawless data management with a process improvement mindset will help you deliver smooth HR Operations and administration. As a system super user, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to ensure organizational data integrity. You will play a critical role supporting the business through restructures and key HR moments such as Data Validation for Annual Pay Review . When employee issues are escalated, your expertise will play a critical role in troubleshooting data and system issues within HR processes and/or HR administration in collaboration with Service Delivery HR.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- 2-4+ years of experience in HR data systems and processes is needed.
- Full working knowledge of Workday and One View are essential.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge, including vlookups and pivot tables.
- Have a passion for providing White Glove Service and effectively running operations with a process es improvement mindset .
- Strong organization skills will be important as well as attention to detail and diligence.
- Will need to multitask and see work through to full implementation.
- Working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces will be part of the role; strong relationship building and communication skills are key.
