Global eCommerce Category Manager
Background & Purpose of the Job
eCommerce is the biggest retail disruption in a generation and within Beauty and Personal Care, Unilever is putting digital and eCommerce at the heart of the strategy. This is an exciting new role to lead & build the Global eCommerce strategy for the Skin Cleansing category. Who You Are & What You'll Do
You're the go-to for all things eCommerce. Have a passion for digital, ecommerce and organizational change, who is not afraid to break convention and wants to be a revolutionary within our business. You will be part of the global eCommerce team but deeply embedded within the Skin Cleansing marketing community.
You will be accountable for the acceleration and long-term growth plan of our eCommerce business through omnichannel, pureplay and DTC in our key markets . You set the global strategy and then execute it by partnering with our brands and markets. You'll have the chance to work alongside some of the most progressive minds in CPG and Retail. Co-creating innovative new products and services by collaborating with our marketers and global customers. You're a critical thinker, quick learner, and have the intuition to chart the unknown. Fast. What You'll Need To Succeed
7+ years of high performance in eCommerce/digital marketing, in retail, digital businesses, and/or running your own business. Confident in generating business questions and interpreting data in to actions. Critically be the voice of the shopper and customer. Drive innovation through identifying breakthrough opportunities, building a business case, have strong technical acumen and drive a test and learn culture. Have solid commerce and online category management experience including strong financial acumen, trading and negotiation experience. Can transfer strategy in to execution with excellence.
